Manzil was a dream in the eyes of an energetic student. She witnessed many deaths in the underpriviledged areas of a basti behind Bath Island, Karachi, Pakistan. These deaths were a result of the children having no play area, hence they would play on the railway tracks. She started with 15 students from her pocket money on the 1st of September, 2002. Today we have expanded to a functioning capacity of 200 students. We yeach them the core curriculum; maths, english, urdu, islamiat and science. We also teach them supplemental studies such as skill development which includes stitching, khaadi work, cooking, eyc. Manzil has also provided its students with a zoo, nursery, a computer lab and a library. Having grown so much, We enjoy 9 years of credible community work and excellence in our operations.
